This is a Remote position in US/Canada operating Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm PT
As an Admissions Associate (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and prospective families. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that sets the tone for their entire Crimson journey. You'll manage, contact, and qualify warm and hot inbound leads, share the right resources at the right moment, and work alongside a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding experience to every prospective Crimson student.
Support the growth of Crimson Global Academy across the United States, Canada, Mexico & LATAM.
Call and engage new leads to qualify them for the admissions team, ensuring data is entered and managed accurately and diligently in Salesforce (our CRM).
Update lead records and track their progress through each stage of the sales pipeline.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective families.
Continuously sharpen your sales techniques and processes while deepening your industry knowledge.
Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders, including Marketing and Admissions Officers.
Contacting all leads within 1 hour during work hours, and within 24 hours outside of them.
Updating Salesforce with accurate notes and stage progress in the same timeframe.
Qualifying families using guiding questions.
Booking initial consultations with qualified families, and ensuring they show up (or rescheduling if they don't).
Reporting weekly on calls made, consultations booked, turn-up rate, and sales closed.
Thriving in a Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm Pacific Time schedule.
At least 2 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record.
Experience in education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality) and confidence using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of US, UK, and/or EU university admissions standards and the application process.
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
